Adam House now offers long-term rental accommodation. Adam House on Melmac Avenue has a peaceful, friendly family atmosphere in a private residence in a premium location.
We offer furnished, air conditioned Efficiency Apartments for long-term rental each with one bedrooom, bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room, washer/dryer, and wired for phone/internet, and cable TV.
Rentals are for a minimum of six months, unless agreed in advance with the Owner and priced accordingly. See our Price List for further details.
